Shenila Makhani, DASM, PMP, is President of PMI Karachi Pakistan Chapter. She is a seasoned project manager in the IT field with experience in managing cross functional and diversified projects. She specializes in delivering projects using traditional and agile methodologies ensuring delivery of projects through effective management of resources in onshore/offshore development model. She is currently working as a head of PMO in Gaditek with a focus toward process improvement to deliver quality software. Shenila volunteers with Aga Khan Development Network for various youth initiatives. She is an Alumni of the Leadership Institute Master Class (2019).
