Dr. Katy Dimitropoulos is a founding member and has served as Director at Large and Director of Membership of the PMI Melbourne Chapter. Specializing in the biotechnology and pharmaceutical sectors in an executive capacity, Katy has more than 10 years of governance experience having led the Global R&D Program Management Office at CSL - Australia’s most successful biotech company. Her project management, organizational, and communication skills coupled with her biotech/pharma R&D knowledge are instrumental in helping boards with their governance, risk, and growth management thereby supporting better decision making and return on investments.
