Carmine Paragano, DASSM, PMI-ACP, PMP, is Technology Director and DA Champion for PMI Central Italy Chapter. She has 20 years of project management experience in traditional and Agile approaches for IT projects. Carmine is a trainer and coach in collaboration with many Universities and is director of the Master’s in Project Management program Niccolò Cusano University in Rome. An author of books and articles she is enthusiastic about project management and agility and believes in the value of the team to create value to companies with new leadership and new organizational approaches.
