In 2021, PMI introduced a new construction credential, Professional in Built Environment Projects (PMI-PBEP), which features a comprehensive curriculum consisting of elearning courses and micro-credentials. This curriculum was developed with input from leading construction organizations and expert professionals to address common challenges in built environment projects with the goal of strengthening practitioners’ competencies in novel ways of working. In this session, the product owner for this new credential will introduce you to the planned curriculum, the learning outcomes, and define the target audience. PMI’s Organizational Transformation Foundation course is the first course of the Organizational Transformation Series and is designed to train project managers on the fundamentals of navigating change in transformation projects. Powered by the Brightline Initiative within PMI, this course introduces the five building blocks of successful transformations with a focus on the human-centered approach to enabling change. Learners who complete and pass the final assessment in the Foundation course will earn a Transformation Foundation micro-credential for their profile and resume. Join this session to learn more about how this tool can serve the members and potential members of your chapter community. 

The Wicked Problem Solving Practitioner course and toolkit teaches individuals and teams the fundamental skills of creative collaboration and complex problem solving to take any problem from irresolution to resolution. Wicked Problem Solving is an online design-thinking course & toolkit enabled by the online white boarding collaboration tool, Miro, for anyone who wants to solve problems. 

The low-code/no-code movement, or citizen development, allows you to quickly turn ideas into apps – with no coding expertise. With PMI’s Citizen Developer product suite of e-learnings, micro certifications and handbooks, chapter members and potential members can learn how to unlock the full potential of citizen development for their organizations. Learn about these tools and how citizen developers can be a part of your chapter’s community. Product Showcase sessions are presented in an interactive setting. Attendance is limited to 30 on a first-come basis. 

This session will provide an overview of the Disciplined Agile portfolio, a description of each product, and will answer some of your most frequently asked questions. The products that will be discussed include the Basics of Disciplined Agile, Disciplined Agile Scrum Master, Disciplined Agile Senior Scrum Master, Disciplined Agile Coach, and Disciplined Agile Value Stream Consultant.
