Disagreement Framework focuses on the constructive way of expressing disagreement, structuring it correctly, and communicating it effectively. This is a great opportunity to build trust, mutual respect, and enable the board to be equitable and productive even if they disagree.

PMI members get involved, make a difference, and make a mark on the profession through volunteering. But their experience can be greatly influence by the leaders in the chapter. Chapter leaders are unique as volunteers leading other volunteers. Their leadership can build or break a chapter. This presentation will explore how we can be great volunteer chapter leaders.   

The PMI Central Italy Chapter leaders worked together to transform a chapter into a modern organization. Facing new challenges required new ways of working; agility is needed in an age of uncertainty. After one year a retrospective highlights what worked and what requires review in a continuous effort of improving.
