2020 was an unusual and challenging year due to the COVID-19 pandemic. PMI Melbourne Chapter modified its approach to ensure continued delivery of value-added services to members. Thanks to the power of technology, our membership stayed engaged and connected through participation in virtual events, following us on social media, and keeping informed via the monthly newsletter. Strategies were introduced to recruit, re-connect, retain, and return members. New initiatives helped keep things bright through adversity.
