Agreeing to disagree and leveraging disagreements for discovering new perspectives is key for innovative, out of the box, and progressive solutions and initiatives that take chapters to the next level. Disagreement Framework focuses on the constructive way of expressing disagreement, structuring it correctly, and communicating it effectively. This is a great opportunity to build trust, mutual respect, and enable the board to be equitable and productive even if they disagree.
